We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join and expand our team in building the next generation AI growth platform. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers the Growth Protocol systems and applications. The Senior DevOps engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of these systems. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience in the tech industry, a background in Frontend or Full-Stack Development (React, NextJS, ExpressJS), and focused experience in CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions), Containerization (Docker), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Cloud Providers (AWS or Google Cloud). Responsibilities Include: Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using AWS and Google Cloud. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for microservice architecture. Optimize and support the containerization of frontend applications and microservices using Docker. Maintain database systems including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake. Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using Sentry and other appropriate tools. Collaborate with development teams to support and improve efficient delivery operations. Automate deployment processes for frontend applications. Ensure security best practices across our multi-cloud infrastructure. Key Projects: Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications. Design and implement scalable infrastructure supporting our microservice architecture across AWS and Google Cloud. Optimize Docker containerization for frontend applications. Support and collaborate with frontend and backend development teams on infrastructure and devops. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of overall experience working in software development systems at scale. 4+ years of experience in DevOps with strong knowledge of both AWS and Google Cloud platforms. 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or GCP (preferred). Experience with containerization using Docker in production environments. Familiarity with microservice architectures and distributed systems. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform. Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with GitHub Actions. Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with React/NextJS frontend and Python/FastAPI backend development. Experience with Apache Airflow, Dataflow, or other data pipeline orchestration tools. Knowledge of database administration across SQL and NoSQL systems. Experience with Elasticsearch configuration and optimization.
