🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Data Scientist I, you’ll design and own full‑lifecycle data science solutions that power decisions across the business.

You will:

🧱 Architect and deliver end‑to‑end data science solutions — from early experimentation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

⚙️ Lead development of machine learning infrastructure, advocating best practices in modeling, testing, governance, and production readiness.

👩‍🏫 Mentor junior and mid‑level data scientists, fostering a learning‑focused, supportive environment.

🤝 Collaborate cross‑functionally to define project goals, requirements, scope, and timelines for high‑impact initiatives.

📊 Build clear, compelling reports and visualizations that transform complex insights into meaningful storytelling.

🧪 Stay ahead of emerging techniques, applying new methods involving technical risk and innovation.

📞 Participate in on‑call rotations, troubleshooting critical data issues that impact partners and customers.


🎯 What You Bring

You’ll be successful in this role if you bring a blend of technical strength, curiosity, and leadership:

4+ years of hands‑on data science experience

Strong proficiency with Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, keras) and SQL

Experience with distributed processing tools such as Apache Spark

Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning, statistical modeling, and evaluation methods

Excellent communication skills — able to make complex ideas accessible

Confidence leading technical initiatives and delivering results under pressure

Education

M.S./M.A. in a technical field required; Ph.D. preferred.


Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $145,000-$170,000 or more depending on experience
