Job Description: We’re partnering with a client building production AI systems that real customers use every day. They’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship cloud-native AI services—taking models out of research and into scalable, customer-facing products.

You’ll own end-to-end AI services on Google Cloud Platform, working at the intersection of backend engineering and modern generative AI.

What you’ll do:
Build and deploy production AI/ML services, from model integration to client-facing APIs
Design event-driven, real-time systems using Cloud Run, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, and serverless GCP services
Integrate LLMs into scalable inference pipelines (prompting, formatting, error handling)
Write clean, well-tested Python services powering full-stack AI experiences
Lead technical design and take features from concept to production

What they’re looking for:
4–6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience (strong Python focus)
Proven experience building cloud-native systems (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure considered)
Experience with microservices, APIs, containers, and event-driven architectures
Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, agile teams

Nice to have:
Production experience serving ML models or LLMs
Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, or fine?tuning
Experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain)
Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience
