What you’ll do with us: We’re looking for a talented Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team and make an impact from day one. This is a full-stack role where you’ll work across everything—from backend services and data design to cloud infrastructure and modern web front-ends. You’ll be a hands-on builder who enjoys creating scalable, secure, and maintainable systems, all within the Microsoft ecosystem. ** Candidates must be based in the Pacific Time Zone. Software Developer Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise-level ASP.NET web applications. Develop, implement, and test new features, functionalities, and modules as required. Optimize application performance and ensure robust security measures are in place. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Oversee daily product standups to report progress and work performed and potential blocking issues or other problems. Participates in code reviews to ensure conformance to internal standards and specifications. Who you are: 6+ years of recent full stack development experience, working confidently across modern front end technologies such as ASP.NET, .NET Core, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, CSS, and UI frameworks including Telerik, Kendo UI, Bootstrap, and Blazor Components. Experienced in developing and integrating REST APIs as well as WSDL/SOAP services, and proficient with tools such as Postman, Swagger/Swashbuckle, Fiddler, and SoapUI for API testing and validation. Strong SQL expertise, including building and optimizing stored procedures, views, indexing strategies, and troubleshooting long running queries using tools like SQL Server Profiler and Execution Plans. Ability to act as a Player/Coach: lead, mentor, and coach a development team while remaining hands on with coding and architecture. Proficient with Visual Studio (2022 or higher) and experienced with source control systems including TFS and Git. Comfortable leveraging AI assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar LLM based productivity tools to accelerate development, documentation, and problem solving. Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprints, ceremonies, and iterative delivery. Strong ability to analyze and solve complex problems across the front end, API layer, and database, providing clear and scalable technical solutions. Experienced in modernizing legacy applications, including migrating older .NET applications to modern frameworks such as Blazor, improving architecture, performance, and maintainability. What We Offer: This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the Pacific Time Zone, with travel required once per year. You’ll be expected to work a full-time schedule of 8am–5pm and be fully dedicated to your role during these hours, without other concurrent employment or conflicting commitments.
