State Fund’s Information Technology, Policy Admin & Billing Unit has an immediate opening for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join its Policy Operations Portal development team, to design, develop, and maintain our workers compensation policy administration system across multiple platforms and integrations to best align technology solutions with business strategies.  

Essential Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Extensive decision making authority and directs the most critical/complex projects  
Conduct business area analysis and systems design for software applications  
Possess practical technical knowledge which include emerging “cutting-edge” technology  
Lead efforts in identifying, evaluating and planning for future departmental needs and recommend emerging technology tools, practices and techniques
Partner with executive leadership and their key stakeholders to provide tactical and strategic direction for current and future business needs
Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to all levels of IT application development staff

This opportunity can be located either at our Pleasanton or Sacramento campus.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
