Requires 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 5-8+ years in a leadership or management role within the Salesforce Platform ecosystem.
Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components/LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, APIs), architecture, data modeling, and integration with other systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Install packages).
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect are strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and DevOps principles
Excellent communication skills and must have managed Salesforce teams
