Minimum Qualifications
3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform App builder, OMNI Studio,
Good analytical, communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Sc, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
Desirable exp - working for at least 1 year in public-sector
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain service processes including case lifecycle automation.
Configure Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Implement Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and other service-related configurations.
Design and build branded digital experiences for customers and partners.
Configure sites, pages, and components using Experience Builder.
Manage access and data sharing for external users securely.
Design custom applications tailored to business needs using declarative tools.
Create custom objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts.
Optimize user experience by managing Lightning components and app navigation.
Leverage OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures for guided UI experiences.
Design and implement dynamic customer interactions across multiple channels.
Integrate external data into Salesforce with minimal code using Omni Studio components.
Create and maintain Page Layouts tailored to user roles and business requirements.
Create validation Rules to enforce data integrity and business logic.
Build and maintain automation using Process Builder for multi-step process automation & Workflow Rules (legacy support and monitoring).
Rules Engine for configurable business rules if integrated with Salesforce or OmniStudio.
