This role leads technical discovery, solution design, demos, POCs, and RFP responses while partnering with Account Executives to drive deals forward. You will play a key role in advancing the joint Secuvy–Hammerspace AI Data Platform (AIDP), working across enterprise customers, partners, and technical teams to design and demonstrate solutions in data intelligence and enterprise storage. Requirements: Strong background in storage and AI/LLM data pipelines Startup mindset Travel: 50–60% Solution Design & Technical Leadership Lead technical discovery and map Secuvy + AIDP solutions to customer use cases Design architectures aligned to AI/ML and data infrastructure needs Deliver demos and run POCs end-to-end (success criteria, execution, and validation) Guide technical evaluations from initial engagement through deal close Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Account Executives to engage stakeholders from engineers to executives Translate technical capabilities into clear business value Present to leadership and support executive-level discussions Channel, Alliances & RFPs Support and enable partners (VARs, SIs, ISVs, OEMs) on joint solutions Collaborate with Hammerspace on co-sell opportunities Lead RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and technical proposals Develop reusable assets (solution guides, demos, architecture diagrams) Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide customer and competitive feedback to product and engineering Support smooth transition to customer success Contribute to building scalable pre-sales processes and assets Qualifications – Experience & Technical Skills 5–10 years in sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales (enterprise software, data infrastructure, or AI/ML) Proven success leading technical evaluations and POCs Experience with enterprise storage (NAS, distributed file systems, unstructured data) and AI/ML data pipelines Working knowledge of AI/ML ecosystems (MLOps, vector databases, data orchestration, AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience supporting partner-led or co-sell motions What You Bring Ability to communicate effectively with both executives and technical teams Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities Collaborative mindset across sales, partners, product, and engineering What We Offer Compensation: $150k–$180k (base + commission).
