Job Description:  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering reliable, high-quality software by designing, executing, and managing comprehensive testing processes across staging and production environments. Your expertise will help safeguard our releases, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Required Skills:

Minimum of 8 years' experience in software development, testing, or quality assurance
Strong proficiency in functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing in staging and production
Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as ALM, VersionOne, or similar
Ability to create, execute, and manage automated tests using Playwright
Proven ability to review test requirements, prepare test data, and document testing activities thoroughly
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with formal test planning and reporting
Experience in performance testing or other automation tools
Knowledge of deployment processes and system configuration validation
Preferred Education and Experience:
A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
Extensive experience testing complex software applications and identifying or documenting defects
Leadership experience overseeing testing teams or mentoring junior staff
