Power Platform Developer As a Power Platform Developer, you will support federal delivery teams designing, enhancing, and migrating applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will begin as a part time independent contractor engagement structured under Statements of Work with defined levels of effort. Based on performance and evolving customer requirements, the role may transition to a full time position with Aperture. You will work closely with technical leads, product owners, and end users to translate mission priorities into secure and scalable solutions deployed in Microsoft Government Cloud environments. This position requires proficiency with enterprise-grade Power Platform development and hands-on experience with solution deployment and migration across environments. About The Job Develop and enhance Power Apps solutions including Canvas and model-driven applications. Build workflows, automations, and integrations using Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Fx, Power Pages, and platform connectors. Extend platform functionality with JavaScript, TypeScript, plugins, and custom connectors when needed. Lead or support solution migration activities across environments, including GovCloud deployments and managed solutions. Configure Dataverse entities, roles, forms, views, business rules, and security architecture. Translate business, functional, and user requirements into technical configurations and development tasks. Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, demos, and retrospectives. Support testing, documentation, deployment planning, user adoption, and refinement. Ensure alignment with federal cybersecurity, data retention, accessibility, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Minimum five years of hands-on Power Apps or Power Platform development experience Experience deploying and sustaining Power Platform solutions within Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC or GCC High) Experience migrating Power Platform solutions across environments including managed solution deployment Proficiency with Dataverse, Power Automate, CoPilot, connectors, and Microsoft 365/Azure integration patterns Ability to work independently and deliver within defined Statements of Work, scope, and timelines Preferred Qualifications Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance One or more relevant Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, or PL-100 Experience with DevOps pipelines, managed solutions, and ALM practices within GovCloud Experience implementing Section 508 accessibility requirements Experience working within Agile delivery environments Engagement Terms Part time independent contractor role at start Work structured under Statements of Work with defined levels of effort and scope Remote delivery with the possibility of occasional onsite support based on customer needs Eligible for full time conversion based on performance and customer requirements Pay: $80.00 - $110.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
