Role: Pega Development Lead

Experience: 8+ years (3+ years in a Lead role)

Location: Fully Remote

Duration; 12+ months

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Pega Development Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of Pega-based enterprise applications. This role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of Pega applications. Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions. Oversee developers, perform code reviews, and ensure guardrail compliance. Manage integrations (REST/SOAP) and troubleshoot technical issues. Work closely with BAs, QA, and architects to ensure on-time delivery. Required Skills Strong experience with Pega 8.x platform. Hands-on expertise in case management, flows, data pages, and integration. Experience leading Pega teams in Agile environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Pega Cloud experience. Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD and Deployment Manager.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
