We are a small, growing business looking for a part-time remote AI/Automation Developer to help us build and deploy AI agents for lead generation, sales automation, marketing workflows, and business development.

You will work closely with the business owner to design, implement, and maintain AI-powered workflows and integrations that improve efficiency and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy AI agents for lead generation and business automation.
Integrate AI workflows with CRM systems, email tools, and other business applications.
Automate repetitive tasks and streamline data pipelines.
Collaborate on defining AI tasks, workflows, and performance metrics.
Maintain clear documentation for code and AI processes.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI solutions to improve results.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
Experience working with AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, LangChain, or equivalent).
Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, and workflow integration.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.
Hours & Commitment:

Part-time: ~10–15 hours/week
Flexible schedule, remote work
Pay: $500.00 per week
