Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer (Part-Time, Remote)

We are focused on delivering reliable, high-performing applications and are looking for a Mid-Senior DevOps Engineer to help strengthen our infrastructure, deployment processes, and system reliability as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines preferred) for automated software delivery
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (AKS) across development, staging, and production environments
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts
Monitor system performance and reliability using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability and uptime
Implement and enforce security best practices including RBAC, network policies, and secret management (Azure Key Vault)
Optimize cloud infrastructure costs through autoscaling and resource right-sizing
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and system performance
Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting standards across services
Support environment consistency across dev, staging, and production
Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices
What You Bring

3–6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS or similar)
Experience with Docker containerization
Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
Strong scripting skills (Bash/Shell, Python)
Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles
Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments
Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases
Familiarity with backend systems (Node.js, Python, APIs)
Experience with mobile or web application CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cost optimization strategies in cloud environments
Experience supporting high-availability distributed systems
