As a mid or senior software developer in our Direct Acquisition (Quoting) IT organization on the Project Support team, you’ll work on projects to ensure application delivery. In this role, you’ll influence and support the technical direction for project teams coding in our direct quoting applications by providing design and code review expertise. You’ll ensure standards and patterns are being followed, assist with deployment planning, and support a smooth transition to operational teams. You’ll help drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of our platforms. You’ll also act as a subject matter authority while contributing new features and enhancements to our environment using modern web techniques and tools. You’ll apply your learning agility to quickly understand and navigate our Direct Quoting applications, allowing you to effectively work with internal project teams and analyze the code as needed to advise on technical solutions. This is a remote position for US based work only. Must-have qualifications Minimum of 5 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications. {OR} Completion of a technical training program and a minimum 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications. {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications. Preferred skills Full-stack development expertise with C#; .NET Framework (4.8); SQL Server, MVC, and accessible front-end development experience using Angular V19+, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with GIT, TFS/AzDO, Cloud-ready development, REST API, Visual Studio 2022, VS Code, and Windows 11. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and an eagerness to learn. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
