This role will focus on the design, development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions that enhance service delivery for veterans and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a federal, mission-driven environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with VA standards.
