This role owns the day-to-day execution and long-term health of SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Agents, and related Microsoft 365 tools. Success is measured by adoption, reliability, and real business impact—not just technical delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with practical business judgment to deliver secure, scalable solutions without unnecessary complexity. What You’ll Do Design and maintain SharePoint Online sites, hubs, libraries, lists, and permission models. Build Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, notifications, and operational processes. Create Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards that deliver actionable insights. Develop lightweight Power Apps for automation and data capture. Implement and support Copilot and Copilot Agents to enhance productivity and workflows. Integrate Microsoft 365 with internal systems and external services using connectors and APIs. Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions. Provide guidance on collaboration, document management, automation, and reporting best practices. Establish and maintain Microsoft 365 governance appropriate for an SMB environment. Manage security, permissions, and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation and standards. Support user adoption through training and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Strong experience with: o SharePoint Online (site architecture, permissions, content management) o Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, connectors) o Power BI (data modeling, DAX, reporting) o Copilot (AI Integration) The ability to work directly with business stakeholders in a consulting or internal IT capacity Practical problem solver with a “right-sized solution” mindset Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users Ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, and role-based access Comfortable operating independently in a lean IT team Ownership mindset – see solutions through from concept to long-term support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sense of responsibility, customer service, excellence and versatility Education and Experience Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience working within Microsoft 365 environments Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field and/or equivalent experience Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, Python3, SPFx and React.
