About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Tech Developer/Senior Developer who can design, engineer, and implement complex workflows across multiple automation platforms. You’ll be responsible for building advanced solutions for clients, mentoring junior developers, and helping integrate AI-driven automation where appropriate. This is a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) with high autonomy, ownership, and opportunity to influence how our systems and automations are built and scaled. This role is expected to grow to full-time over the coming year.
