Role: Full Time Location: Remote Salary: Location & experience dependent Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of Auggie’s mobile and web-based applications. Collaborate closely with Auggie's Chief Product Officer to shape the product architecture, design and roadmap. Define and oversee core engineering processes, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and environment management.. Work cross-functionally (with product, design, growth, etc. teams) to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments. About You Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with experience working on consumer-facing mobile and web applications. Demonstrated experience collaborating with product leaders to influence product and architecture decisions. Proficiency with React Native and NestJS (or related frameworks) Expertise in building and managing GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying. Strong knowledge of AWS hosting services. Experience with PostgreSQL databases. Expertise in system architecture and API design for seamless integration. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems. Experience designing and optimizing complex data models, pipelines, and integrations, with a forward-looking approach to enabling AI-driven features. Strong sense of ownership with the ability / desire to own technical roadmaps and refine ambiguous problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and work closely with product designers and product managers. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
