About the Role We are seeking a Lead Java Developer with strong experience in distributed systems, real-time data streaming, and cloud-native architectures. This role will lead backend engineering initiatives supporting Healthcare Provider systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Java, Kafka, MongoDB, and AWS, along with deep understanding of provider workflows, healthcare integrations, and data security standards. Job Title: Lead Java Developer Java Fullstack Developer Key Responsibilities 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience. Strong expertise in Spring Boot / Microservices architecture. Proven experience with Apache Kafka. Strong experience with MongoDB (NoSQL data modeling & optimization). Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Prior experience in Healthcare Provider systems. Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments. Desired Qualifications Experience with EDI transactions (837/835/834). Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Experience in highly regulated SDLC environments.
