Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Product Manager with experience in credit card collections, delinquency/default, or debt relief/consolidation programs. The candidate will support Salesforce roadmap execution by gathering requirements, writing user stories, and coordinating delivery with Admin/Dev/QA teams.

Strong understanding of collections workflows, payment plans, hardship/settlement processes, and servicing operations is required.

Experience working in Agile and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud / case management is preferred.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and UAT support skills are a must.
