Full Job Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level Developer to support the design and development of the PA Unified Crash System. The candidate will work with the Technical Lead and Application Architect to develop, test, and document system features using modern web and GIS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot

Design and integrate RESTful APIs and GIS solutions

Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI

Collaborate with the development team to implement system enhancements

Perform code testing, debugging, and documentation

Required Skills:

Angular (v14+), Java, Spring Boot

RESTful API development and integration

GIS technologies and Esri ArcGIS (Maps API/SDK for JavaScript)

PostgreSQL / PostGIS and database management

Testing tools such as Jasmine, Karma, and JUnit

Tools: Git/Azure Repos, VS Code/Eclipse, ArcGIS Online

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcPro, GeoEvent Processor, Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps

Knowledge of responsive UI, mobile-first development, and design patterns

Understanding of digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ADA, Section 508)
