This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovation projects and continuous improvements initiatives within IT Disaster Recovery program to ensure efficient processes and tools. In collaboration with IT DR Managers and the wider IT organization, it identifies opportunities to reduce waste and automate tasks through the implementation of Dev Ops and agile frameworks within the Disaster Recovery Test practice and IT Disaster Recovery Plans Management. Additionally, this role will liaison with IT Teams to analyze and define the data sources to consolidates the information resulted from IT Disaster Recovery Area required to comply with internal/ external audits and reports to leadership. Principal Responsibilities ​Lead and collaborate IT Disaster recovery initiatives to enhance internal services for stakeholders. Dashboard building using KPMG tools (PowerBI, Splunk, Monday.com, etc.) Document and give proper tracking to enhancements required by the team in Business Continuity Module in SNow, Monday.com. Develop business cases and implement automation tools & AI to enhance IT Disaster recovery practice, simplify processes, reduce risk, increase resiliency on critical applications, and reduce costs. Provide Technical and Implementation support for ITDR Self-Service Project. Participates in internal forums for the adoption of new technologies, best practices and methodologies for improving the services offered by IT Disaster Recovery team. Act as liaison between IT DR Ops Team and IT DR innovation/developers to implement DevOps practice to eliminate the roadblocks and accelerate the high-quality improvements.
