Job Description: As an IT software developer in test senior in our ERO organization, you’ll deliver quality business enhancements and products to our customers. You’ll lead efforts to test and solve testability challenges while developing and implementing innovative technology solutions to support developers and testers. You’ll use your software engineering expertise to identify risks, detect potential defects, and recommend improvements to ensure high-quality systems and software. You’ll plan and execute test engineering activities across the software development lifecycle, reviewing development work and recommending unit testing approaches, along with participating in design and code reviews to improve product quality. You’ll also implement technical solutions to enhance testing and automation strategies. 
 
This is a remote position for US based work only. 
 
Must-have qualifications
 
Minimum of 7 years related work experience designing, programming and supporting software programs and applications.
{OR} Completion of a technical training program and a minimum 4 years related work experience designing, programming and supporting software programs and applications.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and a minimum 4 years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
Preferred Skills
 
Full stack development experience with modern programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Angular v14 or higher, TypeScript, Python, Javascript)
Exposure to cloud testing environments and tools (e.g., AWS, SQS, SNS, Lambdas, S3)
Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured)
Insurance industry experience
Compensation
 
$107,550-$119,500/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
