Job Description: YOUR TASKS:
For our Business Enablement team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT security professional who implements technical security solutions and actively protects and further develops our IT infrastructure.

Design, implementation, configuration and maintenance of security-relevant platforms and technologies, such as M365 Security Suite, firewalls and network security, backup and disaster recovery solutions, cloud security for SaaS applications
Conducting hands-on security implementations during the introduction of new tools and system integrations.
Analysis and resolution of security-related incidents and technical problems
Creation and maintenance of technical security documentation, configuration guides and runbooks
Support and coordination of internal and external ISO audits, including the preparation of documentation and evidence.
Development and maintenance of safety policies, guidelines and procedures in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27001 and NIS2.
Planning and conducting security awareness training for all employees
Ensuring the continuous improvement of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) in collaboration with the IT team leadership.
THAT'S YOU:
Several years of professional experience in IT administration or similar fields with practical technical tasks
Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, M365 Security Suite, network security, cloud security for SaaS applications, EDR/XDR, backup solutions, vulnerability management and firewall technologies.
Solid understanding of ISO 27001, NIS2 and BSI IT Baseline Protection or comparable frameworks
Experience in the implementation and maintenance of security technologies and platforms, not just in design or auditing.
Experience in conducting security audits and creating compliance documentation in accordance with ISO standards
Fluent English skills and ideally good German skills
