The Operational Analyst will support the Operational Excellence Program Lead in driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives across BPaaS operations (Enrollment, Claims, Contact Centers, etc).   The Opportunity: ·       Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. ·       Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, cost savings, and process performance. ·       Assist in root cause analysis and prepare actionable recommendations for process optimization. ·       Support implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives (RPA, AI/ML). ·       Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices. ·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of improvement projects. ·       Prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders and clients.   This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.   What You Need: ·       2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related role. ·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). ·       Familiarity with BPaaS operations or healthcare processes preferred. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ·       Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.   Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote Compensation Range:  $75,000-$95,000     Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
