Learn more Job Details Skills Oracle HCM Greenhouse Integration Summary Job Title: Greenhouse Integration Developer Location: Remote Job Type: W2 Visa: No Constraints About the role: We are looking for a Greenhouse Integration Developer to own and enhance the integrations between our Greenhouse ATS, Oracle HCM, and downstream onboarding systems. This role sits in HR Technology/HRIS and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to deliver a seamless, automated hiring and onboarding experience. Key responsibilities Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to understand integration and data requirements across Greenhouse, Oracle HCM, and onboarding tools. Design, build, and maintain integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM (and other HR systems) using APIs, file-based interfaces, and middleware. Configure Greenhouse (fields, workflows, templates, webhooks) and support front end user needs tied to integrations. Ensure accurate, timely data flows for jobs, requisitions, candidates, offers, and new hires between Greenhouse and Oracle HCM. Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for all integrations; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data mismatches. Ensure HRIS systems (including Greenhouse, Oracle HCM, and onboarding platforms) are compliant with GDPR and other data governance regulations, and participate in SOX and other audits as required. Support data and analytics using Greenhouse data for ad hoc reporting and dashboards for People Acquisition, HR leadership, and other business stakeholders. Collaborate with HRIS/People Analytics to provide data extracts and ad hoc reports using Greenhouse and Oracle HCM data. Develop and execute test cases for new integrations and configuration changes; participate in system upgrades and release testing for both Greenhouse and onboarding systems. Document technical designs, data mappings, interface specifications, and runbooks for integration operations. Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for integration related tickets from HR and Talent Acquisition. Required skills and experience 3 5+ years of experience in HRIS / integration development, preferably with Greenhouse ATS and at least one enterprise HCM platform (Oracle HCM strongly preferred). Hands on experience designing and building integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and/or file-based (SFTP) interfaces. Strong experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, or Ruby) for integration services or middleware. Practical experience with Oracle HCM integrations (HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, or integration cloud/middleware) is a strong plus. Familiarity with common iPaaS / middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Oracle Integration Cloud, Azure Logic Apps) is a plus. Solid understanding of HR data structures: jobs/positions, org units, candidates, offers, workers, and assignments. Experience working in environments with data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, data retention, access controls).
