This role sits on the Product team and may work on projects that advance our mission and engineering principles. Responsibilities Integrate state-of-the-art learning science into the product to help learners and teachers quickly identify and address learning gaps. Partner with public school districts with a high percentage of Free and Reduced Price Lunch students to build and scale teacher and learner tools for millions of learners. Build tools for teachers to use Khan Academy as a strategic classroom supplement. Contribute to a world-class product experience for an interactive web app, including scalable backend services and complex, stateful frontend interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, testable code and push the team toward the mission with your contributions. Demonstrate strong communication, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to give and receive regular feedback.
