Full Job Description
The Growth Agency is delighted to be partnering with The Moonlighters to further expand their growing team. The Moonlighters are a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency, specializing in performance marketing for 7-figure ecommerce brands, adept at transforming them into 8-figure powerhouses.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Full stack developer to join the team. This isn’t a conventional developer role. The role will work directly with our founder, building out his vision for the future internals of the business. We’re looking for someone who has fully crossed the bridge into AI‑accelerated engineering, namely Claude Code, someone who treats AI coding assistants as core parts of their workflow, not as toys or occasional helpers.

What You’ll Do

· Build internal and external dashboards, reporting tools, and automation systems

· Create AI-powered tools for creative, optimisation, and workflow automation

· Build and maintain integrations (Shopify, Stripe, Meta/Google/TikTok APIs, CRMs)

· Ship fast, iterate fast, and support a high-performance media buying team

What You Bring

· 4-7+ years full-stack experience.

· Strong experience using AI coding tools daily (claude code)

· Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure

· Experience with marketing tech, analytics, and eCommerce

· Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
