Job Summary

We are a fast-growing marketing technology company operating at the intersection of custom software development and performance-driven marketing systems.

Our work spans:

Custom web & mobile applications (React, Next.js, Node.js, AWS)
CRM and marketing automation systems
E-commerce storefronts (Shopify)
Email & SMS campaign systems
Backend infrastructure and cloud integrations
We’re looking for a hybrid technical operator who can comfortably move between application development and e-commerce marketing environments.

The Role

This is a hybrid role combining:

1. Full Stack Web Application Development

2. Shopify & Email Development

You’ll work directly with leadership on both internal products and client-facing projects. Some days you’ll be building React components and API endpoints. Other days you’ll be customizing Shopify Liquid templates or building responsive HTML email templates.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure to both software engineering and e-commerce & CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Web & App Development

Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
Develop REST APIs and backend logic
Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Debug and optimize application performance
Collaborate on system architecture decisions
Shopify & E-Commerce

Customize Shopify themes using Liquid
Modify or build sections/templates
Implement custom functionality
Integrate third-party apps and APIs
Email & Marketing Systems

Build responsive HTML email templates
Troubleshoot email rendering issues across clients
Support CRM automations
Implement tracking, analytics, and conversion scripts
Qualifications

Required

2–4 years of professional development experience
Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript
Experience with Node.js and backend APIs
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS (including responsive design)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred

Experience with Next.js
Experience with AWS
Experience in e-commerce environments
Experience customizing Shopify themes using Liquid
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Experience building or editing HTML email templates
Understanding of performance, conversion tracking, and analytics
Prior agency or startup experience
