Serving clients nationwide, our goal is to create sentiments that will last forever.  About the Role: To support our growing operations and maintain the premium standard our clients expect, we've developed a custom internal application that we use daily for employee KPIs, product tracking, and managing client experience. As we scale, we're looking to expand this system to include in-app shopping and more advanced employee tracking capabilities, while also continually enhancing our website’s UX and conversion rate through strategic A/B testing and iterative improvements. We’re seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team on a part-time, long-term contract basis. You’ll work closely with our internal stakeholders to enhance both the functionality and user experience of our custom-built systems. This role requires a strong balance of front-end UX design expertise and robust back-end development capabilities. This is a long term, part time, contracted role, that has the potential to go full time. App Infrastructure Overview: Our application is built across two GitHub repositories. The front end is developed in React Native, which powers both our native iOS/Android apps and our client web portal via a separate build process. The back end is a C# ASP.NET 8 Web API connected to a Postgres database and Azure Blob Storage for managing media assets. We host our production API and web applications in Azure, with Siqute providing hosting support. Staging environments for the API and database are hosted by Siqute to minimize Azure costs. Build and deployment pipelines for all environments are managed through Azure DevOps. Push notifications are handled via OneSignal. Website Overview: Powered and developed in Shopify Responsibilities Include: Design, build, and maintain new features for our internal application, including: In-app shopping functionality Enhanced employee performance and tracking tools Client facing UX improvements Connections with other app APIs Collaborate on UX/UI improvements across internal tools and customer-facing website Implement and analyze A/B testing strategies to optimize site performance and CRO Maintain and improve code quality, security, and scalability Participate in planning sessions and provide technical guidance on project direction Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise on both website functionality and application.
