Full Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with a UI/UX focus to lead the design and development of the front-end interface for their alternative investment technology platform. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of financial technology and user experience, where you'll build intuitive, data-rich interfaces that support public facing private investments, ERC-20 token creation and sales, and the interface with the online marketplace to sell these RWA tokens.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and maintenance of the front-end interface for our platform integration, ensuring a seamless and professional user experience
Collaborate with investment and operations teams to translate complex financial data and workflows into clean, intuitive UI/UX designs
Build and maintain responsive, performant web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or equivalent)
Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs to support front-end functionality and data integrations
Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure visual consistency
Integrate third-party data sources, financial APIs, and reporting tools into the platform interface
Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience
Collaborate with leadership to define product roadmap and feature priorities
Ensure security best practices are followed across all layers of the application stack
Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong emphasis on front-end and UX design
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar, and RESTful API development
Strong eye for design — experience with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
Familiarity with financial platforms, fintech products, or data-heavy dashboard applications is a plus
Experience with database management (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, lean team environment with significant autonomy
Strong communication skills — ability to present design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with private equity, investment management, or alternative asset platforms
Familiarity with investment marketplace platforms
Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
