We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in C#, .NET, SQL, and front-end development to join our technology team in a growing healthcare services company. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset, comfortable with innovative technology tools, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving complex challenges.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance our proprietary systems, integrate operational tools, support data-driven workflows, and optimize user experience across our digital ecosystem. We are building the digital infrastructure that supports our teams and customers across the U.S.—and we’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to meaningful work that impacts patients and physicians every day.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET frameworks
Build and manage SQL database structures, queries, and stored procedures
Develop clean, scalable code and reusable UI components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver features
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Support integrations with third-party systems and internal data platforms
Contribute to system architecture and development standards
Write and maintain technical documentation
Participate in code reviews
Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
Experience with C# Razor/Blazor & WASM
Strong understanding of relational database design and query optimization
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and one or more front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
Familiar with Git or other version control tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills & ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to build innovative products in a growing healthcare segment
Professional growth and cross-functional exposure
Delivering high-quality, production-ready features on schedule
Writing maintainable, well-tested code
Proactively identifying system improvements and automation opportunities
Partnering effectively with operations, clinical, and business teams
Demonstrating ownership, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
Preferred Experience

Healthcare or regulated industry experience a plus
Experience with Azure or AWS
Experience with API development & microservices
Familiarity with reporting / dashboarding / data warehousing environments
UI/UX awareness for intuitive user experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
