Position Summary:  The Full Stack Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web and application solutions across the full technology stack.   This role contributes to both front-end and back-end development, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and supports the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Application Development Design, develop, and maintain web-based and application solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Build and consume APIs, services, and microservices to support scalable system architectures. Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.   Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices. Database & Integration Design and maintain relational database schemas, queries, and stored procedures. Integrate applications with internal systems, third-party platforms, and external services. Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies, performance issues, and integration failures. Software Lifecycle & Quality Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and practices. Support QA, UAT, releases, hotfixes, and production deployments. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide accurate estimates, status updates, and technical guidance throughout the development process. Assist in mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge across the team. Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless solutions. Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and create new products. Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals. Code Reviews, Quality Assurance, Security Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure application security and compliance with industry standards. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures. Safeguard operations by maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with Information Security to apply secure development best practices. Continuous Improvement Drive improvements in development processes, tools, and practices to enhance team productivity and product quality. Stay on the leading edge of development practices. Innovation Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating relevant solutions into development processes. Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer Proficiency in one or more back-end technologies (e.g., .NET/C#, Java, Node.js, or similar). Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data access patterns. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns. Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development tools.3+ years professional experience in professional web development Experience working in an agile/scrum environment Experience building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines. Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
