Overview   
We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented full stack engineer with strong experience in AI and web development. You’ll work closely with and be the bridge between the product management team and clients to build AI assisted healthcare solutions. 
Responsibilities 
Integrate AI services (LLMs, OCR, document processing, STT & TTS, or classification systems) into new and existing application architectures 
Adjust, refine, and version AI prompts and workflows to improve accuracy, reliability, and real-world performance in production systems 
Develop high-quality, reusable UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks 
Collaborate with designers, peers, and product management to deliver consistent, elegant experiences 
Thoroughly test and debug code, participate in code reviews, provide documentation, and ensure systems meet healthcare-grade requirements 
Requirements 
At least 3–6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer 
Hands-on experience integrating AI or ML services into applications, including prompt design and iteration for LLM-based systems 
Strong proficiency with Node.js, Express, etc and building RESTful and event-driven backend services 
Experience with modern web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework or jQuery-based production stacks) 
Comfort working across multiple codebases and projects simultaneously 
Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling for real-world applications 
Attention to detail and strong testing experience 
Nice to Have 
Familiarity with automated, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) 
Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, role-based access control) 
Experience with monitoring, logging, and production debugging
