<Job Overview>

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Frontend Designer/Developer to join our small startup team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. You will drive the development of our web application (built on WeWeb.io), ensuring seamless user experiences and transforming design concepts into functional realities.

<Role Details>

Capacity: Starting at 20 hours per week, with the goal of moving to Full-Time as soon as budget permits.
Schedule: 5 days a week. 4-hour work days consisting of a 1-hour daily meeting at 8:00 AM PST followed by 3 hours of collaborative development.
Location: Remote. Requirement: Must be available and fully capable of active collaboration during the 8:00 AM PST meeting slot regardless of your local timezone.
<Responsibilities>

Low-Code Development: Implement visually appealing, highly responsive web interfaces using WeWeb.io.
System Architecture: Develop and implement a robust class system and reusable components.
Standardization: Build using a strict, human-first naming convention following Finsweet Client-First principles.
Design Translation: Collaborate with the founder/architect to translate Figma wireframes and user flows into functional web pages.
Optimization: Ensure maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance across all devices and browsers.
QA: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure robust functionality.
Brand Growth: Actively contribute to building a cohesive brand identity from the ground up.

Integration of front-end components with back-end services via RESTful APIs will be handled by our dedicated Dev team (handling flows and real-time updates).

<Qualifications>

Tool Proficiency: Proven experience in front-end web development with a focus on WeWeb.io and Figma.
Technical Literacy: A basic but solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required to extend low-code functionality.
Methodology: Familiarity with the Finsweet Client-First naming convention and style strategy.
Data Awareness: Knowledge of database systems and object-oriented structures (specifically SQL-style tables in Xano).
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.

Graphic Design: Experience with Adobe Photoshop and creating visual assets.
API Knowledge: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, or GraphQL.
Agile Mindset: Experience working within Agile methodologies and using modern project management tools.
