Description
About the role



We are looking for a fractional developer who is strong in Angular on the front end and comfortable in Python on the back end. This is not a greenfield build role. The work is inheriting existing codebases, tracing logic through unfamiliar systems, stabilizing production issues, and building thoughtful enhancements on top of what is already there.



If you thrive in ambiguity and find satisfaction in owning a system that was handed to you, this is the right role.



What you will work on



- Understanding and improving existing Angular and Python codebases

- Debugging production issues and stabilizing live systems

- Building enhancements that make the product better over time

- Working independently with minimal oversight



What we are looking for



- Strong Angular experience (required)

- Python back-end experience

- Ability to trace logic through unfamiliar code and own it

- AI tools integrated into your daily workflow as a speed multiplier - not a novelty

- Self-directed with a track record of shipping
