Job Description

We’re hiring a Web Developer who can confidently build, customize, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites. This is not a learning role—you should already be comfortable working in both platforms and shipping production-ready sites.

Responsibilities

Build, customize, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites
Develop custom themes, templates, and page layouts
Implement new features, integrations, and third-party apps/plugins
Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly
Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and site errors
Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to execute projects
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Web Developer
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress (themes, customization, troubleshooting)
Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required

Portfolio of live Shopify and/or WordPress websites (required — links must be provided)
Ability to explain your technical approach and development decisions
Experience deploying and maintaining live websites
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Nice to Have

Shopify Liquid experience
Custom WordPress theme or plugin development
Experience with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery)
Git/GitHub version control
Experience with eCommerce optimization and conversions
