We turn compliance from a yearly fire drill into a continuous, low-friction product experience. You’ll build end-to-end product experiences – backend to UI – that help companies stay secure, prove trust, and move faster without sacrificing quality. In a cross-functional squad, you’ll ship improvements weekly, shape product decisions, and directly influence how modern compliance is done across Europe. OUR TEAM SETUP We work in three cross-functional product squads, each focused on one of our core internal products or solutions: Squad composition: 1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, 3-4 Fullstack Engineers, 1 Tech Lead Collaboration style: Flat hierarchies, shared ownership, and strong cross-functional teamwork TECH STACK Backend: Python (Django) Frontend: React.js, TypeScript Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter AI: LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse DevOps & Tools: We experiment with cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Raycast – and encourage you to push for the best setup for your work YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Build the European Champion for Compliance Automation: Develop and maintain Kertos as the cutting-edge category leader. Ship features that cut audit preparation from weeks to hours. Work across our full tech stack: Build end-to-end product experiences that make compliance actions feel effortless – from API to UI. Make automation feel magical (and safe): Improve recommendations, workflows, and system reliability so customers can trust the platform. Own your delivery: Drive your work from concept to delivery and see its impact on users Boost product quality: Improve product reliability so customers can trust automation with sensitive processes Shape engineering excellence: Improve developer experience, quality, and delivery speed through better tooling, testing, and processes.
