Job Description A leading telehealth startup is seeking a full-time remote Founding Software Engineer to spearhead the development of their rapidly scaling platform. Following a recent funding round, they are poised to continue on a trajectory of growth as they change the landscape of digital diagnostics.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to take hands-on ownership of their platform while also leading engineering initiatives that will guide the future of the company. You'll also collaborate with leaders in the field to bridge cutting-edge diagnostics with accessible, consumer-facing product. This is a tremendous opportunity to have a seat in the founding team of a rapidly growing startup. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in software engineering with a flexible tech stack (Python preferred)
Knowledge of working with sensitive data in regulated industry such as healthcare, government, defense, or banking
Experience leading a team or mentoring junior engineers
Desired Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a startup environment
Knowledge of working with AI tools
