Full Job Description
We’re a digital marketing agency helping local service businesses grow. We build websites and landing pages that generate real leads — and we need a frontend developer to help us do more of it.

We need someone who can own the frontend side: building from Figma designs, writing clean code, and delivering fast, conversion-focused pages without needing their hand held. You also need to be able to write. Not just label buttons and fill in placeholder text — actually write compelling, direct copy that makes people take action.

What you’ll do:

∙ Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages from Figma designs or existing concepts

∙ Write and implement high-converting copy for landing pages, hero sections, CTAs, and forms

∙ Write clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across desktop and mobile

∙ Optimize pages for speed, SEO, and lead conversion

∙ Integrate forms, CRMs, and third-party marketing tools

∙ Collaborate with an internal team of marketers and strategists

What we’re looking for:

∙ Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

∙ Strong copywriting ability — you understand how words drive conversions, not just how to fill space

∙ Comfortable working from Figma files or wireframes

∙ Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms is a plus

∙ Experience with marketing or lead generation pages (not just portfolio sites)

∙ Someone who communicates clearly and hits deadlines

Skills: React or Vue experience, SEO knowledge, CRM/API integrations, Certified in Copy, Figma Designs
