We integrate with tools like Google Drive, GitHub, Figma, and other business-critical platforms to surface key changes across your organization’s documents and workflows. We deliver digests, surface action items and to-dos, and provide transparency into what’s moving across your team so operators can focus on signal, not noise. We’re bringing a social layer to the places where work actually happens. Today, the most important context lives scattered across docs, spreadsheets, and design files with no connective tissue between them. Memyard makes that work visible, shared, and actionable, turning isolated updates into a living feed that keeps entire teams in sync without another meeting or status check. We’re a small, fast-moving team based in San Francisco. Backed by leading investors and trusted by founders from Seed to Series D. We’re building for the agentic future, shipping open- source Claude skills and developer tools for AI-powered workflows. The Role We’re looking for an Entry-Level Software Engineer who ships fast, thinks clearly, and uses every tool at their disposal, including AI, to get great work out the door. This isn’t a role where you wait for specs. You’ll identify what needs to be built, figure out how to build it, and ship it. Quickly. The right person for this role already uses LLMs as a daily part of how they work and think. You see AI as a multiplier, not a novelty. You’re the kind of engineer who’d rather ship something imperfect today than plan something perfect next quarter. You have taste: you know what good looks like and you have the drive to get there fast. This is a high-impact role at an early-stage company. You’ll have real ownership from day one, work directly with founders and senior engineers, and your work will be in front of users immediately. What You’ll Do Ship user-facing features end-to-end in a modern stack (React, Next.js, TypeScript), from idea to production Use AI/LLMs as a core part of your development workflow to move faster, prototype quicker, and solve problems that would otherwise take 10x longer Build and integrate APIs and CLIs connecting Memyard to platforms like Google Drive, GitHub, Figma, and other business-critical tools Contribute to AI-powered summarization and digest pipelines, working hands-on with LLMs and data parsing. Own features: scope them, build them, ship them, and iterate based on real user feedback Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to turn rough ideas into polished, reliable experiences Build developer tooling, open-source projects, and Claude skills for agentic workflows Debug, improve performance, and keep the system fast and reliable as we scale What We’re Looking For You ship things. You have a portfolio, side projects, or a track record that shows you build and finish things, not just start them You use AI/LLMs daily. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, whatever the tool, you already treat AI as a core part of how you write code, debug, and think through problems You have taste. You care about craft and user experience, and you can tell the difference between something that’s good enough and something that’s actually good You move fast. You’re biased toward action. You’d rather ship a v1 and iterate than deliberate endlessly You’re scrappy. You figure things out. You don’t wait for permission, detailed specs, or hand-holding Familiarity with React, Next.js, and TypeScript (or a willingness to ramp up very quickly) Working knowledge of APIs, databases, and how web applications fit together end-to- end Strong communication skills: you can explain your thinking clearly and know when to ask for help Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) Bonus Points You’ve built something with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.): a tool, a bot, an agent, anything You’ve contributed to open-source or have a GitHub profile that tells a story Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Vercel) and CI/CD pipelines You’ve built or consumed third-party integrations (Google Drive, GitHub, Figma, Slack, etc.) You’re genuinely excited about productivity tools, developer experience, or the future of AI-powered work Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month Work Location: Remote
