This role is a true people-leadership position—focused on coaching, alignment, and outcomes rather than individual coding—while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to deliver meaningful results for the business.  This role is critical to EnergyCAP’s ability to scale product development in a healthy, sustainable way.
