Position Overview: The person in this role is a hands-on engineer who automates workflows, infrastructure, and keeps our systems running safely. The DevOps Engineer is good at writing scripts in Python, PowerShell or Bash. They will split their time between extending CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure and hardening our security. The DevOps Engineer is comfortable moving between automation, infrastructure and security. This person is curious about how AI agents can make us faster. Automation & Efficiency Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines for code deployment Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing tools Extend automated testing tools across our apps Automate repetitive workflows using scripts and AI agents  Write infrastructure-as-code  Improve deployment processes to reduce errors and increase velocity Maintain development, staging, and production environments Maintain code repository documents Organize source code Provision and maintain npm and NuGet repos  Infrastructure & Cloud Configure, monitor, and maintain Azure services and virtual machines Provision, deploy and secure Azure apps Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes  Migrate workloads from VMs to containers where appropriate Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement reliability improvements Manage on-premises servers and office network infrastructure Research and recommend new Azure services to improve reliability and reduce costs Learn and maintain working knowledge of our core SaaS platforms (eCommerce, CRM, Office 365, collaboration tools, contact center, etc.) Configure users, permissions, and integrations across platforms Security  Maintain endpoint protection, alerts and patch management Manage our organization’s security configurations, automated pen testing platform and security training software Update control documents  The Skills You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent practical experience 4+ years writing scripts in at least one language (PowerShell, Python, Bash) 4+ years writing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM templates, or similar) 4+ years hands-on experience with Azure (VMs, App Services, networking, storage, identity) 4+ years experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices 4+ years experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Repos 4+ years experience with GitHub 4+ years experience with containerization  Ready to learn and embrace AI tools  Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs) Comfortable learning new SaaS platforms quickly and navigating vendor documentation Strong technical, critical, and analytical thinking.  Effective communication and coordination skills.  Experience managing Windows Server and Linux systems  Salary range: $110,000 - 140,000/year; Compensation is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
