Job Description: is looking to hire a Databricks Solution Architect for a 180-hour remote project.  The consultant will design and execute the migration of the existing Databricks environment. The current platform consists of ~200,000 tables and ~350 TB of data in a single workspace with approximately 15 clusters. SNS today runs a single production environment where all work is performed; the goal is to rebuild this into three distinct client environments (dev, stg, prod) in the Microsoft Azure tenant.
Required Skills:

Databricks architecture and administration in large Azure environments
Proven Databricks data migration experience with minimal production impact
ETL/ELT and job orchestration in Databricks
RBAC and user permissioning in Azure Databricks
Desired Skills:

Experience splitting a single production analytics environment into multi-environment (dev/stg/prod) architectures.
Performance tuning and cost optimization for Databricks clusters at scale.
