Role Purpose

Own the analytics engine driving actionable business decisions, from data collection to advanced visualization. This role bridges technical analytics and engineering work with cross-functional collaboration, data storytelling, and scalable analytics systems.

Directly supports company-wide initiatives and OKRs around AI activations, simplifying and enhancing automated processes, and generating critical growth revenue and value for both Intelsio and our external partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics

Write, clean, simplify, and debug complex SQL queries across large, multi-source datasets
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards tailored to stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy
Partner cross-functionally (marketing, product, finance, leadership) to define goals, success metrics, and insights needs
Continuously explore data to uncover growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas to improve scalability
Maintain high-quality documentation on queries and data processes to ensure replicability and validity
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage LLMs and AI tools to improve analytics workflows and business practices
Data Engineering

Write Lambda functions for automation, manage IAM roles and security policies, and orchestrate multi-step workflows across AWS ecosystem
Oversee and address existing data ingestion and pipelines for data validity, governance, pipeline failures, rate limits, etc
Collaborate on data schemas, optimize table structures for performance and cost, and prepare engineering stack for scalability and advanced AI implementations
Support OKRs
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work cross-functionally with client, partner, finance, and exec teams to ensure analytics aligns with strategic goals
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Active role in preparing data & actionable insights for external stakeholders
Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and roadmap planning
Required Technical Skills

Advanced SQL proficiency
Strong Tableau dashboard development
Intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation (advanced skill preferred)
Advanced Excel proficiency with complex formulas, data manipulation, modeling (advanced skill preferred)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

JavaScript intermediate proficiency
HTML familiarity
AWS systems and Lambda exposure (or similar)
Working knowledge of attribution methodologies and experimentation frameworks
Experience applying AI / LLM tools in analytics or business workflows
Familiarity with affiliate marketing ecosystems and performance channels
