Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst III to join our Data & Insights team, focused on Clinical and Member Impact within Care Complete. In this role, you will own the development of business intelligence and analytical insights that demonstrate the value and impact of Rightway’s clinical programs to PBM clients and strategic partners.

You will play a key role in translating complex clinical and engagement data into clear, actionable insights that support client reporting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic decision making. This role partners closely with clinical delivery, operations, product and client facing teams to support both recurring and ad hoc analytics needs across Pharmacy Navigation and Specialty programs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Develop and deliver comprehensive BI and analytics that measure member engagement and outcomes across Rightway’s Pharmacy Navigation and Specialty programs.
Analyze member engagement across multiple channels, including application usage, email, telephonic and other inbound and outbound communications.
