Salary:  Maximum of $140,000/year

Geodata IT, a subsidiary of Freedom Consulting Group, is seeking a Chief Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI and extensive visualization expertise to serve a GEOINT client in St. Louis, Missouri or Springfield, VA.  This position is 100% remote with the exception of quarterly trips to either Saint Louis, MO or Springfield, VA.

This expert level role will define and engage IT requirements in a mission critical operational environment. Advance experience in engineering ISP and ASP solutions is required, as well as implementing ASP virtualization. The Chief Engineer must have extensive knowledge in GEOINT and ISR systems to include OpenLayers, Google Earth client, KML and Oracle Spatial. Your expertise may include mastery of Python scripting within the GXP Xplorer environment.

Educational requirements: B.A. plus 10 years of experience or an M.S. with five years of experience.

Clearance requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance

Certification requirements: CompTIA Security+
