Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven experience deploying and supporting Red Hat OpenShift clusters on AWS using user-provisioned infrastructure (UPI). Extensive experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or OpenShift Pipelines (Tekton). Deep knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, ELB, Route 53, CloudWatch, S3, etc.) and network security architecture. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation). Advanced knowledge of Linux system administration (preferably RHEL). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration principles. Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or Go). Strong understanding of compliance, security, and risk management in regulated or critical infrastructure environments. Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and compliance reporting.
