We are looking for AI Systems Engineers who design end-to-end intelligent systems combining models, tools, and workflows. Responsibilities Design and implement AI systems using RAG, agents, and orchestration logic Integrate structured and unstructured data into decision workflows Build APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to products Optimize systems for accuracy, cost, and reliability Own system behavior from design through production iteration Design and develop robust AI system architectures utilizing principles of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and solution architecture to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end solutions involving ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration and management. Develop, test, and deploy AI models and algorithms using programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or C#, ensuring optimal performance across diverse operating systems including Linux and Windows. Manage IT infrastructure components such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware, ESXi), container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, and DevOps pipelines with Jenkins or CI/CD practices. Implement system security measures including cloud security protocols, system hardening techniques, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence integration, firewalls, VPNs, DNS management, and network security best practices. Develop APIs and web services using RESTful API standards (SOAP, REST) to facilitate seamless communication between systems and applications like Salesforce or Pegasystems. Conduct system administration tasks such as load balancing, firewall configuration, DHCP management, GPO setup, and network troubleshooting to ensure high availability and security. Participate in Agile development cycles by contributing to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), continuous integration workflows, debugging activities, and system testing to deliver reliable solutions. Requirements Strong backend engineering skills Hands-on experience with RAG, agents, or decision pipelines Experience integrating LLMs with external tools and services Ability to reason about system-level trade-offs Proven production deployment experience Experience 5+ years of Proven experience in systems engineering with a focus on AI or machine learning projects involving large-scale data processing and system design. Strong background in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, operating systems (Linux/Windows), computer networking concepts (DNS, DHCP), and system architecture principles. Hands-on expertise with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure; experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi is highly desirable. Proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript (React Express), C#, C++, Ruby on Rails or VBA; familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Shell Scripting is a plus. Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB), relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Microsoft SQL Server), and data management tools such as T-SQL or PL/SQL.
