About the Role

We are building AI-first products using vibe-coded workflows. That means fast iteration, structured prompting, and real shipping.

This is not a traditional product management role. It is hands-on, technical, and built for someone who understands how AI systems actually work.

If you’ve built AI-native products using Claude and Codex and understand what can break under the hood, you’ll likely thrive here.

We are a startup. Things move quickly. Clarity is created through action. Ownership matters.

What You’ll Do

You are the bridge between founder vision and shipped product.

You will:

Turn abstract ideas into structured, executable AI systems
Design prompt architecture that produces reliable output
Break features into model-operable steps
Review AI-generated code for logic, structure, and scalability
Identify architectural risks early
Ship MVPs in weeks, not quarters
Iterate quickly based on real feedback
This role is about more than managing tasks.
It’s about protecting product integrity while maintaining speed.
What Makes You a Strong Fit

You have shipped at least one real AI-native product
You’ve worked directly with Claude and Codex
You understand context windows, token limits, and prompt chaining
You can read code confidently and recognize fragile logic
You understand APIs, data flow, and basic architecture
You can debug model behavior thoughtfully
You think in systems, not isolated features
You are comfortable operating without perfect specs
You do not need to be a senior engineer.
You do need to understand code well enough to prevent technical debt and brittle AI logic.

You’ll work closely with engineers. Your technical judgment should add clarity, not friction.
Portfolio including apps created
First 90 Days

Ship 1–2 AI-driven MVPs
Implement a structured prompting framework
Reduce hallucination and model drift
Strengthen architecture so AI-generated code remains stable
Establish a repeatable AI build system
Note: Portfolio submission of apps created is required for this role.
